need to increase the font size for quiz questions, there no improvement from the past 3 years posts raised.when would this be resolved?

I have opened the slido in my powerpoint and am trying to create a multple choice but am told I have to upgrade. I am already upgraded.thankyou for your help

Members are receiving an 'Access Denied' error when trying to log in to Slido. Could you please check why this is happening?

Hi there, I’m considering using Slido for a university open day and over the day there will be around 50 talks happening that would like to involve a Q&A component. Each talk will be based on a different topic and i was wondering if i could use one account for this but have different Q&A sessions running at the same time and how this would work. Would each session need to have a unique QR code or would each have the same QR code and then potentially a code for the guests in that session to enter to then be in the correct Slido Q&A for that session? The QR code would be show on a powerpoint up on the screen and i feel it may be easier for this QR to be universal accross the presentations but then there being a way for the quests to enter the correct session Q&A through the platform. I worry if i need to put 50 unique QRs across the presentations that some may get jumbled and guests ending up in the wrong slido Q&A. Cheers, Tom 

Hello,I'm just try to build a 5-question-quiz using my Slido professional plan and I'm stuck: I can display the leaderboard after each question. Now I'm looking for a leaderboard that covers all questions to determine which participant answered the most questions correctly, because I want to make they win a prize at the end. I fear Slido can't do that. Is there anyone might be able to help? Rolf

Dear Sir/Madam,Good day.  I usually create a main presentation with Slido interactions (polls, quizzes, etc.) then revise the presentation keeping the same Slido interaction.  Now, from the main presentation, I need to create a shorter customized presentation and on that one, I need to delete some Slido interactions, if I do so, does Slido interactions of the main presentation stays untouched (using two or more PowerPoint file names? That is what I want and need to make sure the customized versions interactions don’t  impact the main ones.  Another question, I use quizzes at different points of the presentation. And I need to make sure that the final winners’ results will add up all the way till the end (not after each quiz or have the option to show after each quiz), how can assure that? I have noticed that the number of participants are increasing whenever I have quiz at a different point of the presentation. The participants’ number shall not be changed unless the reason it increase

A couple of quick questions:1.    Is there a possibility in future updates that formatting the stem/distractors of questions with bold and italics could be a possibility?2.    Would it be possible to auto load the QR code onto the Joining slide?

I have an event where I want to run a quiz. I will split the audience in two, red team and blue team, then ask a question. I want to use slido to find which team got the most right answers. I thought using two polls might work, with a QR code for the blue team, and a second QR code for red, then show both results and see who got highest average score (the teams are too big to confer and use one device to enter an answer, around 200 people per team). But I can’t see how to put two sets of poll results on the same ppt slide. Can it be done?!

Our organization creates standardized PowerPoints for teaching classes.  We want to integrate Slido into these PowerPoints so anyone with them can run the polls and quizzes. We are part of a large organization that, I assume, has an enterprise version of Slido.  We use a Webex login to activate our accounts and download the PPT integration tool.  Is there a way to do this without inviting each participant individually?  We don't necessarily know who will be using the presentations at any given time. 

If I am using PowerPoint with Slido and presenting on a GoToWebinar platform, will the Slido work? Can users still access it with the QR code on their phones? Will there be a limit on participants?Thank you. 

We have created a Powerpoint deck and put a QR code on each slide. But I don’t understand how you see the results of the poll live. We have followed all of the instructions but we have never done this before. We are using the slides at a conference. Can someone help please?

After loading the first Slido question, it continually refreshes on the participant side. Even after participants submit their answers, the question panel continues to appear randomly

I’m having some isues with powerpoint after the recent Slido update. after about 4.5 hrs the powerpoint closes down. This keeps happening but only when logged into slido. does anyone have the same problem or a fix for this?

Hello, I have a slido presentation in powerpoint from the last year. I renew my slido plan. When I open the powerpoit presentation and log in it says that I have to request access from the slido owner. How do I find out if I had another account on slido?  

I would like to know what the limitations are for the 3 members? I would like to have a member per team, but presumably could the people within the team just use the 1 member account to run Slidos from it? 

Hi, I am planning to create a presentation for a colleague to run at an event that I am not attending. He has asked me to create a Slido quiz which delegates can engage with. He does not yet have the Slido add-in for Powerpoint, but can use the browser if needs be. How do I assign him as a co-owner so that he can launch the Slido quiz at the event and see the responses? Also, how do I set up so that people can see live responses?

Having a problems getting SLDO to load when using public wifi when doing training. I appear to be online, but SLIDO wont load. In the picture below you can see the bars are present for wifi. Although it says it needs an update, the update has been done, but the message doesn’t go away. It also has worked in other places even with this message still there so I dont think that’s the issue. I wonder does it relate to the wifi blocking certain applications - is this possible?   

I am doing a presentation with Google slides and the Slido slides are embedded into the presentation. I click present with Slido, but during the presentation, only the joining slide comes up every time a Slido interaction should appear. As a participant, I get the message that there is no live interaction at the moment. 

Hi,I need a provision for the customised reports, where I will be able to generate a report with the specific fields in the form of columns. Do we have that provision ? Please reply.

Please re-instate this key feature as currently are complicated medical questions are not being fully revealed as they wrap off of the page.  It used to be possible to scroll these up and down in the presenter view pane.

Hi,I’m Sello. I’m a beginner Slido user and I’d like to learn more about Slido with goal to drive engagement during online classes, webinars and meetings that we deliver in our organisation. I am very keen to improve from normal or traditional lecture offering and get students to be actively participating.

When I try to sign in to the Slido sidebar in google sheets it says Authroization is needed for this but I don’t know where or how to authorize it? Thank you
