Our organization creates standardized PowerPoints for teaching classes.  We want to integrate Slido into these PowerPoints so anyone with them can run the polls and quizzes. We are part of a large organization that, I assume, has an enterprise version of Slido.  We use a Webex login to activate our accounts and download the PPT integration tool.  Is there a way to do this without inviting each participant individually?  We don't necessarily know who will be using the presentations at any given time. 

If I am using PowerPoint with Slido and presenting on a GoToWebinar platform, will the Slido work? Can users still access it with the QR code on their phones? Will there be a limit on participants?Thank you. 

We have created a Powerpoint deck and put a QR code on each slide. But I don’t understand how you see the results of the poll live. We have followed all of the instructions but we have never done this before. We are using the slides at a conference. Can someone help please?

After loading the first Slido question, it continually refreshes on the participant side. Even after participants submit their answers, the question panel continues to appear randomly

I’m having some isues with powerpoint after the recent Slido update. after about 4.5 hrs the powerpoint closes down. This keeps happening but only when logged into slido. does anyone have the same problem or a fix for this?

Hello, I have a slido presentation in powerpoint from the last year. I renew my slido plan. When I open the powerpoit presentation and log in it says that I have to request access from the slido owner. How do I find out if I had another account on slido?  

I would like to know what the limitations are for the 3 members? I would like to have a member per team, but presumably could the people within the team just use the 1 member account to run Slidos from it? 

Hi, I am planning to create a presentation for a colleague to run at an event that I am not attending. He has asked me to create a Slido quiz which delegates can engage with. He does not yet have the Slido add-in for Powerpoint, but can use the browser if needs be. How do I assign him as a co-owner so that he can launch the Slido quiz at the event and see the responses? Also, how do I set up so that people can see live responses?

Having a problems getting SLDO to load when using public wifi when doing training. I appear to be online, but SLIDO wont load. In the picture below you can see the bars are present for wifi. Although it says it needs an update, the update has been done, but the message doesn’t go away. It also has worked in other places even with this message still there so I dont think that’s the issue. I wonder does it relate to the wifi blocking certain applications - is this possible?   

I am doing a presentation with Google slides and the Slido slides are embedded into the presentation. I click present with Slido, but during the presentation, only the joining slide comes up every time a Slido interaction should appear. As a participant, I get the message that there is no live interaction at the moment. 

Hi,I need a provision for the customised reports, where I will be able to generate a report with the specific fields in the form of columns. Do we have that provision ? Please reply.

Please re-instate this key feature as currently are complicated medical questions are not being fully revealed as they wrap off of the page.  It used to be possible to scroll these up and down in the presenter view pane.

Hi,I’m Sello. I’m a beginner Slido user and I’d like to learn more about Slido with goal to drive engagement during online classes, webinars and meetings that we deliver in our organisation. I am very keen to improve from normal or traditional lecture offering and get students to be actively participating.

When I try to sign in to the Slido sidebar in google sheets it says Authroization is needed for this but I don’t know where or how to authorize it? Thank you 

I have a presentation for an event with a pretty large audience of about 700 attendees.  I included a QR code in my powerpoint but now notice I will not be able to login remotely from stage.  I know there’s a way to integrate with powerpoint but I’m not handling the PP, a remote event staff will.    Is this the right product for what I’m looking for?  (it’s supposed to be audience participation part of the presentation, about 5 minutes out of my 1 hr keynote)

What is the maximum participant limit for voting in a poll in the free version of Slido?Does the poll format matter? For example, if it is multiple choice or open text.

For the Slido poll in a course that asks learners to describe leadership styles, is there a way to randomize the questions? Currently the correct answers appear in order.

Hi all,I’m experiencing a problem after an update on the Slido add-in. It asked for an update while I was using PowerPoint and since then it doesn’t show up as add-in icon on Home tab.I tried reinstalling, repairing, also with Slido for Admin but it doesn’t come up and even making changes in registry editor but still nothing. Only thing that I notice is when parameters in registry editor changes, add-in transfers from inactive to active add-ins and becomes active in list of add-ins in PowerPoint. Following, check box is checked when I try to enable Slido but unfortunately there is no luck.Is there any solution that I can try to manage it or I just have to wait for new Slido update?Thank you in advance

Hi, I have created a slido to use in powerpoint in training, also downloaded the slido for powerpoint part.  When using a sharepoint versoin of my powerpoint the slido pages are there, but when I download a copy to use off line some of the pages disappear - why is this? 

We have not been able to get this feature to work with a PowerPoint presentation shared within Teams.  We have to use a QR / link to accommodate polls.  

Hi,Our EA has purchased Slido and keeps on having the message “New update is ready’ , with the prompt to ‘Restart now’.   Its not stopping from the appp working in Power Point.  However I have installed it on my PC, and I have been able to replicate the problem.   Has this been reported by others? and what is the fix?
