Last year we had a big Q&A and with (the old?) Slido, we had the possibility to highlight a remark at the top of all questions. Not only a highlight, but an additional info box at the top for main announcements.
How do you get to this; maybe I simply forgot.

I assume you were using announcement feature in Q&A. With the new interface it is currently not possible to use announcements however the feature is planned to come in the new interface in the future. You can find it listed here.
In case you would still need to use the old announcement feature I would advice using our old interface for now:
