Join one of our New Interface trainings!video

We're thrilled to announce that Slido is rolling out a sleek new look that will soon be available to everyone. As part of this rollout, we’re launching a series of training sessions for you to get ready for Slido’s new interface! New Slido interface FAQs

Slido’s new interface may look a bit different, but its design provides an easier, quicker, and more intuitive experience. See below for answers to the most common questions regarding the changes. Where do I create my polls? How do I save my polls? Where is my Q&A? What is the control bar for? How do I adjust my quiz timer? Can I still test my Slido as a participant? Has the participant experience changed? Does new Slido have all the same features? Can I switch back to the old Slido interface? Where can I find help?  Where do I create my polls?All polls and Q&A are now listed under My interactions on the left side. Create your polls by selecting the + Add new option and choosing your poll type. Create your polls  How do I save my polls?Slido polls now save automatically after a few seconds. You can also save immediately by hitting return – or by clicking anywhere outside of the text box.  Polls save automatically Surveys are a bit different. Because they’re designed to include

Switch your Slido interface

 Slido’s new and improved interface is gradually rolling out to all users. To help during this transition phase, we’re including the option to switch back to the old interface. If for some reason you’d like to switch to using old Slido, you can do so via the help widget in the bottom left corner. Here you’ll see the option to Switch to old Slido. How to switch to old Slido Keep in mind that you will eventually be permanently switched to the new interface. However, we’ll give you plenty of notice.

New Slido interface feature continuity

Slido’s new interface was designed with ease of use and efficiency at the forefront. The core functionalities (polling and Q&A) are stronger, quicker, and more intuitive than ever. However, this does mean that a few features had to be deprecated. See below for:Features returning in the future Features that may return Features leaving permanently  Features returning in the future Changes from the three-dot menu: Sharing a link and embed code for your individual poll will again be possible.   Poll Settings: Poll settings will eventually include adding descriptions to any poll type, and low/high descriptors to rating polls.   Polls Library: Access previous polls and poll templates.   Close voting in Q&A: After closing your Q&A, the ability to also close the up/down voting of questions.   Edit host replies in Q&A: Edit a host or co-host’s reply to a submitted Q&A question.   Share an announcement: The ability to share an announcement with participants directly in Slido
