Change the license ownerOld Slido

In some situations, an Owner of the license may wish to transfer the ownership to someone else. Change your password

You can change your current password in My profile section. This option is not available if you created your account with Gmail or SSO, as you're using your email's password to log in to Slido. To change your password, go to your email account settings. To change your current password:Navigate to the right upper corner of your Slido admin Click the circle with your initials and open the Profile menu Select your account name Click Change password   Changing your password will sign you out of your devices. Renew your annual plan

Invite participants to your event

 The most common way for your audience to join an event is by entering the customizable #eventcode at www.slido.com. This is possible to do only during the dates you set up for your event.Your participants can also join the event using either the event link or QR code, granting them instant access. Each poll or survey can be accessed via a unique direct permanent link. Use moderation and manage audience questions

There are a few things that can help you run a great Q&A. Highlight the questions that are being answered live and send them to the archive by marking them as answered afterwards. Your invoice in Slido admin

Once you successfully finish your payment, your invoice and order details will be attached to the email we send within a few minutes after the upgrade. What are event dates?

When setting your dates, make sure they match the dates of your actual event so the participants can easily join it and send their questions and ideas or vote in polls. Event dates are the time frame during which participants can join the event using your unique event code at www.slido.com. If you need your audience to join the event outside the set event dates, share with them either the event link or event QR code. You can set everything up in advance, test it and have access to your data anytime. In this article:Select or change the dates Setting up, testing in advance and event activation Closing your event Data availabilitySelect or change the dates For one-time plans, the maximum length between your start date and end date is 7 days. If you're using the annual license, your events can last up to 12 months. You’ll be asked to set up event dates when creating your event.  If you're running multiple polls at your event or a meeting, there's a simple way to organize them into sessions and assign time and date.
