Adding points to a quiz question on basic plan

Is there an option to add points to each question to the quiz question, plus give a bonus point of lets say 40 for those who answer quickly. So that we may not have a congestion in the leaderboard list. The higher rank could be given to those who answer rightly as well as quickly. Thanks !!!

We are going to make the video casting on the site via slido. Is there any way to send the video analytics to GA4, or to know the video parameters in the slido analytics section? We need to such things as number of viewers, how long people are watching the video, any demographic data about the viewres

Possible to Vote several times same Voter

Hi, I am testing to set up a vote for a club. I just came across a problem which I haven’t solved yet.I read, that it is not possible to vote twice if-you use the same e-Mail address “in the same browser” (on the same device), but: if you use it on another device, I think, I was able to vote twice with the same e-mail address.  I limited the access to only two e-mail addresses in the Slido Settings, one was mine, one of a colleague. My two mobile phones share Multi-Cards and the access code was sent to both of them to g-mail address. Both seem to share the same g-Mail account. Both received the mail. (while SMS to my knowledge only goes to one of the smartphones.And with that I was able to vote twice, one time on each device. (there are two allowed e-mail addresses in my current Slido, but now 3 counted votes)Now I also tried, to vote again on my PC (Laptop) device on which I also started the Slido Poll. And this vote was not identified as a new one.  Is there a solution for this?

Is there anyway a poll, quiz, survey that I created be shared with others using Slido. For example I create a survey that all trainers would need to use. Can I just create one survey and have them all use the same survey? (different WebEx, different times)

Seeing only your response

Since I will be hosting a live event and showing the answers on screen as they come up, is it possible for the participants to only see their response on their individual devices and see the collective response on the the screen share? For some reason I’m able to see everyone’s response and it makes the screen share redundant.

Hi,I purchased a one-time plan. my event will start at 2nd March. I created the Slido Event but i don’t understand how can i assign my plan to this event. I know that this plan expire in a week but how can i use it in this specific week (2-8 March)?thank you

Demoting a user to a guest

Is there a way to change a User’s role to be a Guest?I have a User who was originally a Guest.  As the Owner, I promoted them to be a User.  I would now like to demote them back to a Guest (so that I can have the User license go to someone else). However, my only options appear to be that I can Deactivate or Remove them.  Do I need to Remove them and have them join or be invited back as a guest?  Is that the only way?It’s interesting that I can promote a Guest to be a User or Admin, but I cannot demote a User back to a Guest.

Does slido force updated client?

Can we safely disable auto-update and use the outdated clients to access Slido?Any version check like ZOOM? It would be easier for the admin to manage the version if we disable auto update and manually push on a quarterly/semi-annually basis.

survey completion after an event

I had problems with wifi at an event today and could not complete the survey.  Can i share the survey with the attendees after the event?  I have tried and they are telling me it only allows them to answer one question.  They do not get the full survey.  I have paid for a full licence.  Can you help?  What am i doing wrong?

How do I group similar questions together in a Q&A session?

I am hosting an event and inviting staff to submit their questions a head of time. There are some questions that have been upvoted so they are popular and move to the top. I have the engage one-time plan, can I upgrade and only pay the difference?

I bough the engage package as a one-time purchase but now I’ve realised I need to go up a level to get the functionality I want. I thought I would be able to upgrade and pay the difference (£180 minus the £60 I’ve already paid, as I haven’t had teh event yet) but that doesn’t seem to be an option.We’re a small non-profit. Can anyone help?

Questions not showing up

Hello I'm new to Slido and have used it once before. I've created an event with one multiple choice and two questions. I can see them when I log into my account. However, when I enter the event code anonymously on my phone, the questions don't show up. Today's date falls within the event dates. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
