We have max participant limits based on the Plan you have purchased. Our Enterprise allows for up to 5,000 participants to join the event. If you are planning on having 30,000 participants joining and responding to your Slido event please reach out to support@slido.com to request a large event to increase the capacity and be sure our infrastructure is prepared.
Please include the event code and when the event is taking place so our Customer Care team can submit the request.

To clarify, we will not have 30k people joining a live event. Rather, we’ve included polls in a training course that will taken by 30k people over the course of one month. There will be no instances of over 5k people joining at once! Hope this helps.
