Currently our survey attendees feedback that the survey QR code and link are not accessible. Shows no connection. Could you please help to find the solution?

Could you confirm what the dates of your Slido are set to? Or if you dont have any polls activated nothing will show when they enter the Slido.

Could you share a screenshot of what their “no connection” looks like?
