Slido for Google Slides

I wanted to recycle a previous Slido embedded in a Google Slide deck from one workshop to another. I already made the “Active” duration longer to encompass the date of the new workshop. But how do I clear the previous workshop’s results so it’s reset so-to-speak?

I have had a lot of trouble using the add on in slides. Mostly when I try to build a slido the sidebar does not open and tells me to close and reopen, frustrating. Then if I present, sometimes the videos I have do not play, they just become static images. Not often but it never happened before. Anyone else having this issue and how do I fix it?

I have Owner access for my team and have to add them to presentations for collaboration. However, when they share their presentations with me I am unable to add slido to it. The add on option is not there for me and when I have gone to make sure I have it downloaded and installed in google slides, I do. So can I not add someone to collaborate on a slido for a presentation they shared with me (and made me an editor on). I have also made copies, put them in my own drive, and opened them that way but the slido extension/add on option is greyed out on the tool bar. I have it installed on chrome too, which doesn’t seem to do anything. Any help would be nice. Thanks!

Hi there, I cannot get my slido extension/add on to work within my google slides. I keep getting the same error message. I just got out of troubleshooting with our IT team and they can’t figure out what’s going on. Tracking ID: X6rbjHaOyjIsR35

I am getting an error “authorization is required to perform that action” while working on my windows PC. I have loaded Slido and am using Google Slides. When I try and open up Slido within my  Google slides under extensions I get the error that authorization is required to perform that action

Hi everyone!I’m preparing a 10-minute presentation for a transport company to be shown at a big forum. I want to keep the audience engaged by using a live poll with real-time charts directly inside my presentation (using the Google Slides add-on).I have two main questions: What is the smoothest way to transition from a content slide to a live poll without losing the "flow"? For a short 10-minute slot, is it better to place the poll in the middle to wake up the audience or at the very end for feedback? Any tips on making the charts look "premium" to match a high-end business deck would be much appreciated!

Use case - As part of my presentation i am using slido survey to capture attendee interest in my product. At multiple points in the presentation I want to pose the same question but i do not want the folks who have already answered to answer the same question againHow can this be done in slido?

How do you change the link to a QR code?

I am doing a presentation with Google slides and the Slido slides are embedded into the presentation. I click present with Slido, but during the presentation, only the joining slide comes up every time a Slido interaction should appear. As a participant, I get the message that there is no live interaction at the moment. 

Hi there! I have the chrome extension, I am logged in, but I do not have an option for Present with Slido.  My green bar on the right only says Present.  The drop down from Present says Present from beginning or Present from current slide.  No matter which option I choose the QR code and link never appear.  When I run the presentation the slido google slide has my poll question and at the bottom it says click present with slido or install our chrome extension to activate this poll while presenting.

Can I show just the QR code on a slide before the actual poll is shown for a multiple choice poll that we are going to look at later?

I’m testing Slido with Google Slides and cannot seem to get the presenter view to work and use Slido at the same time. Is it possible?
