Percentage of people who haven't answered.

I am trying to do a remote training activity for team members and I’m trying to find a way to gauge when to move on to the next task/topic. The closest I’ve come up with is a multiple choice question that asks “Have you finished the task? Y/N” However, people only answer after they’ve finished the task, so they only ever answer yes and I only see the number of yesses. What I don’t see is how many yesses compared to the whole. What I was wondering is if there was a way to default the answer to no, so that when yesses come in it changes the no balance as well and I can get a gauge of how many have completed. e.g. Let’s say there’s 20 people in the meeting. I assign a task and ask if they’ve finished the task. Right at the beginning it would automatically be 0-Yes, 20-No. Then as time elapses people will change to yes and I might get to a 15-Yes, 5-No. At that point I might realize it’s a good time to move onto the next task. Is there a way to either default an answer or otherwise compare

I don't see saved Slido questions in Webex

I am using Slido in Webex. Last week after i created PowerPoints for each lecture with Slido, each set of questions appeared in the Slido app within Webex. Now, I only see questions for one set of my lectures in Webex. How do I access all the others that I spent hours creating?

Suddenly miss running polls in my admin overview

Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! Note: the link to the poll for users is still in operation (visible and when filled in, the number of responses grows). Can you please advise or help me to be able again to see the poll results as owner?

Limitations of Slido in Webex meeting

I have a Webex EA subscription with Slido enabled for all users. I know the Webex webinar can accommodate 5000 users for quiz but is it the same for Webex meetings?

I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

Slido Survey Results Not Showing in Webex for Participants

Hi all, Question as to why the survey results are not showing for attendees? This is for the Slido plug-in for Webex. I opened my survey of four questions and after closing the survey and clicking “show results” none were able to see them. Any clue as to what happened? Thanks!

Slido disappears for participants after returning from breakout rooms in Webex

Hi there. We use Slido polling and Q&A during our Webex meetings. When using Webex breakout rooms, we’ve encountered an issue where the Slido sidebar disappears for participants after returning from breakout rooms. Is there a way to keep Slido visible throughout the meeting? Thanks

Duplicating and using Slido Questions at the same time

What solution could be provided if multiple people are duplicating and using the slido question at the same time? Would the person duplicating the question then need to update the Event Code # to a unique #, as i see from a different Q&A it stated this? - ‘They can duplicate and use the event for themselves (just be sure the same exact Slido is not being used at the same time by multiple people as the polls being activated would interfere with each other).’ What would be the best practice for this situation when multiple people are using a duplicated slido question at the same time?

Org Owner can't host slido of another user

Hi Slido Community. As the Slido Organisation Owner, I am able to view all Slido events for all users when I log on to the portal. If I then access a slido that was created by one of the users, I am unable to add myself as a collaborator since I am already the org owner and have access to all Slido events by default (Error shown when trying to add myself: “User already has access to the event”). When I host a Webex Webinar and try to add Slido, I am not able to add any of the user-created slido events to the Webinar. The only Slido events I have access to are the events that I created myself. Am I missing something? Is something not working as it should? Should I be able to add Slido events to my Webex event even if I was not the original creator of the event?

Analytics Export is Blank

Hi there, I have been testing out Slido capabilities for upcoming events as we were hoping to gather some data from focus groups using word clouds and open questions. In my test, when I went to export the data, every excel file was blank. Is there a minimum number of participants required to be able to export data? If not, what could be causing my exports to be blank? Thanks, Nicole

Feature Request: Temporary Slido contributors without Slido Account for Webex Integration

Hi @Slido Team, We as a Cisco integrator are selling, using and teaching Webex Meetings and Webinars very often. Currently we are evaluating Slido for Q&A as the upcoming new Webex platform will replace its native Q&A feature with Slido Q&A. Everything works as shown in your great documentation: Add collaborators to help you manage Slido in Webex Slido and Webex roles comparison | Slido Community However we’re often have external panelists in the webinar who do not even have a Slido account but need to support Q&A. This was possible with the native Webex Q&A feature. We’re requesting a way to enable external Slido-less panelists to get temporary contributor rights. We naturally accept that those users will not have any access to reports after the meeting/webinar ends. Lookig forward for your feedback, Rouven

Can Slido be restricted from Webex meetings but still be allowed for Webinars?

I’m looking for a way to enable Slido for Webinars but either restrict or control its use in the Meetings space. It looks like there is a way to prevent participants from initiating a Slido in a meeting but sharing overall has to be disabled in order to do so. I would like to find a way to only enable Slido for Webinar use or restrict its use in the Meetings space in the same way it is for Webinars where participants cannot initiate Slido.

Anonymous user can see answers from other users after submitting a poll with error

We have created a poll on slido for WebEx and two anonymous users responded with the following problem: using this slido poll https://app.sli.do/event/7QDPe2Z765MxyyQ8wdYYPJ after submitting the poll, an error occurred and submit failed. the user could not proceed and saw in one form field (e.g. 17/41) the answers from other anonymous users in image below, only the red frame was the response from the user. the rest was not his/her content!! two users reported that problem on the same day (27.10.2023 between 0800-1200 CET) That does not sound right and is a vulnerability/privacy concern. Please help us understand what caused such a malfunction and is this a known limitation of slido? Thanks Christian

Cannot invite a moderator external to my organization for the Q&A

Hello, I am trying to invite someone (external to my organization) to moderate a Slido Q&A session but when the person tries to access the link sent to him via email, it is asking him to login with Webex. Yet, this person does not have a Webex. Anything I can do to resolve this issue? Thank you.
