Hello, I am trying to invite someone (external to my organization) to moderate a Slido Q&A session but when the person tries to access the link sent to him via email, it is asking him to login with Webex. Yet, this person does not have a Webex.Anything I can do to resolve this issue?Thank you.
Integrate Slido with PowerPoint to create live polls, quiz competitions or Q&A sessions directly in your slides. Then, seamlessly integrate this Slido to your Webex meeting or webinar and use both Slido for PowerPoint and Slido for Webex at the same time. Here’s a quick video on how to set up these two integrations together 👉 Other relevant articles: Let us know if you have any questions with the setup or feedback on our integrations! 💪
I am running a series of two or three surveys interspersed with a presentation over the course of an hour. I have prepared everything in Slido on my personal instance of my corporate Webex account. The presentation itself is run on a ‘functional’ Webex account - that is, it’s not owned by a person and is reused for a functional part of the business, so creating the presentation there means any number of people hosting that Webex account could see the surveys (no problem) and play with or answer them (problem) before I need to use it.I can’t see a way to achieve the fairly obvious affordance of being able to import a prepared Slido survey-set (or questionnaire-set, or whatever it’s called). This seems like a major shortcoming. Am I missing something?
How does my colleague import the questions I have created. We both have corporate access to Webex & Slido - she runs a functional Webex account that is used by many people for different purposes, so we won’t build our questionnaire on that account for fear of people answering/adjusting it ahead of our turn using the account. I can design the questionnaire and export it but I see no way for her to then import it just before we need to use it on the functional account
I created a poll/survey in slido.com a few weeks ago. Now I want to load it into a Webex I’ve created. In fact I want to reuse it in several Webex meetings. When I open a Webex meeting, I open Slido and I find no way to find it or load it. I’d expect it to let me enter a Slido code like #125634 or past a URL.So after starting to write this, I found that I could open Slido in Webex and then I found an Advanced Setting button in the side panel. I click on that and a dialog box opens. In that dialog, I hit the back button then click on the hamburger menu and choose Switch Event and then I can find my event. My survey opens in that dialog box. So that is some progress but I’m unsure how I can make that survey appear for the other people attending the webinar. This seems like a convoluted process. The solution to these problems seems so clear and simple.
Hey @Slido Team ,I just recognized that my Slido survey sidebar does not pop up again on the participant desktop client when he has closed it before. In this case I have always to mention verbally to manually reopen it.In contrast, the native pollings open the sidebar every time I open a new poll. Can I change this or is it part of the roadmap?Best Regards,Rouven
Hi,We do have a Webex subscription and I wanted to know if it is possible to log in to Slido and use this to generate more than 3 polls? At the moment I log in to Slido using Webex but it only allows me to create 3 polls. Please note that I am not opening Slido within Webex because our Webex Admin does not permit it, but I am trying to log in to Slido using Webex credentials. Thanks in advance.
I am hosting an event in Webex and using Slido to ask poll questions directly within Webex (thanks to the new integration that just came out!) to our members who join the event. However, we also have outside guests that join the event that we want to restrict from voting on the poll questions. I’ve found how we can restrict voting on poll questions by sending users to app.sli.do and requiring a passcode. Is there a way to use that functionality directly within Webex so users don’t have to leave the event window and can vote directly from Webex. Thanks!
