If you wish to export the list of participants who joined your slido, you can do so in the Analytics tab.

Available in any paid plan

This is especially useful if you require your audience to enter their name and/or email address when joining your slido. Otherwise, the export will display Anonymous values.

The list includes every person who joined your slido - including those who didn’t interact with it.

To get the list of joined participants:

  1. Open your slido session
  2. Open the Analytics tab
  3. Select Export next to Share Analytics and Download export
  4. Choose Joined participants from the pop-up

The export file will look something like this :

To ensure optimal performance of Slido, there’s a limit of 5000 joined participants for your event analytics to load and for you to export the list yourself. Please contact support@slido.com or your dedicated account manager, and they can assist you with the export.

Is there a way to access the list of participants if the slido presentation was done with a free version? (if the membership is purchased after the fact?)

Hi @apcosta

Exports are available under paid plans so if you currently have the slido under a free basic plan and wish to upgrade to a paid plan so you can access the exports this is possible however please note that upgrades are applied to slidos from the purchase date so you would need to reach out to support@slido.com so that we can apply the upgrade to the slido with the previous date to the purchase that you wish to access the data for so that you can access the exports.

Hope this helps.

When the “Always require name” option is enabled, if a user enters their name and logs in once, and then logs in again after some time, Slido remembers the user and skips the username entry screen, logging them in directly. As a result, this login action does not appear in the joined participants list.

Is there a way to track every single login of the user?

Hi @emreakburakci

Just to clarify, participants join your slido so they do not actually log in anywhere as they are not required to create an account so whichever they access your slido (link, QR code, etc) they will be joining your slido not logging in.

The joined participant data will be based on the initial date/time the participant joined the slido and not any subsequent times they join, we do not collect data on each time they join however as a workaround, you could look at the poll results per participant to view the submissions by the participant and you could see if the submissions were all at the same time or were at varied times/dates.

Hope that helps.
