How can we differentiate between questions posed by distinct individuals and those submitted by the same person multiple times? (Determining the count of unique users who have asked one or more questions in Slido)

You can set up participant privacy in your event to prevent Anonymous questions if you need to do so.
Other than that, if someone asks as anonymous, it is really anonymous.
