Mass emails of link in Professional eliminates ability of individual email sign in security

So, in Professional… when you create a Slido there is one link and one link only created.

So, when you send it to your participants it’s all the same.

But why when you put everyone’s email into Slido that is eligible to vote and you put all their emails into one email and you put the link into that email with all your other same information you need to get to those same conference attendees.  Why after I clicked on the link when received it took me to the page to enter the email and full name secure credentialing as it should and I submitted and then it said enter the code that was sent, and I went and found the code to that email address and entered it and it let that person of that email in.  And then I went back to click on the link expecting to start all over to enter the next email and name in the list and rinse and repeat.  But nooooo. It took me right back to Slido where I just was to the first person I had entered the information for.  So.  My client, my new client I have gotten Slido to go above and beyond what she told me she wanted…. is now screwing my world.  She is NOT going to send an individual email out to each one of these voters.  It is bad enough she has to enter into Slido each persons email there for the security to happen and there’s not a way to import from excel or anything (or is there????)   Does anyone know a solution to this?  We are not looking to move up to the next level.  I do not even know what those security credentialing things ARE.  We wanted to keep it simple with the emails.  But THIS is not going to make her happy and I do not want to start at square one searching and testing another product.  I was ecstatic until this point with Slido.  Please help.  And very soon. Please!  Thank you, my experienced Slido new best friends!

You can get a link to provide to your participants via the share button in the upper right corner.

If you have set up restricted access to your slido and entered individual addresses, when participants join your slido, they’ll be asked to enter their email address. If their address matches what you’ve set up for restricted access, they’ll be emailed a verification code. To ensure the security of your slido, your participants will be asked to verify their email address every time they try to join.

You can enter individual email addresses and you can also do domains instead. And you can actually upload a CSV file with a list of emails and/or domains for your slido. Check out this guide for the steps.

As each participant will be joining from their own device, when they click on the link and enter their email, it will send them the verification code to join.

Hope this helps.
