Where can I find my saved templates?

Hi all, we use templates to create polls and quizzes for webinars.

I just logged in after some time and cant find them anymore. Where are they?

Thanks so much!

Hi @DaWein

I wanted you to know that we’ve reintroduced the ability to reuse your previously created polls in slido’s new interface. So now the functionality is the same in both the old and new interfaces: under Templates, you can choose between polls you’ve created in the past – and ones from our library.

Hey @DaWein ,

We are currently working on adding the templates feature to our New Interface. We will continue to work on the feature continuity between the old and new interface and you can stay up to date on the progress here:

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your reply. I was wondering too why I’m not able to save a new survey as a template.

Nevertheless I managed to duplicate the whole session and transfer it to another user and to add it to another space. Not so intuitive but a useable workaround.

I am wondering where I can set a template for a space. Currently, I have to set the colors and logos for every single slido I create. This is exhausting.

Hi @DeVrijs

If you’ve already created a slido that you’d like to add to a space, simply:

  1. Open your slido
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select Collaboration and choose the space to which you want to add your slido
  4. Hit Save

We are still currently working on adding the templates feature to our New Interface. You can stay up to date on the progress here

Hope this helps!

@Monica from Slido

Thank you. Unfortunately, this does not answer my question.

My issue is: If I create a new Slido, I have to choose the colors of my company and the logo every single time. Is there a way to save the colors and logos as a template and then just apply the templates to various slidos?

Hi @DeVrijs

I would recommend duplicating your slido as this will bring over the customisation of colours and logos to the duplicated slido.

Hope this helps!

I also cannot find my saved slidos in ‘my slidos’. In Analytics it says I have 4 slidos, but they’re not in ‘my slidos’ - is there an error going on?

Hello @Ella1234

Mikaella here from Slido -  happy to help! 😊

If your slido session has past, there might be under that tab, could you check that?

If not, feel free to share your #slido session codes with us to support@slido.com and we can investigate more with you.

My best,
Mikaella from slido

Thanks @Mika from Slido, they’re appearing in ‘my slidos’ now for some reason, don’t know why they weren’t before! thanks
