As an owner or admin of a Slido license, you have access to Organization settings. There you can view your license details, set up your organization’s SSO, customize all slidos under your license, and much more.

Some specific settings and features may require a certain paid plan. See our pricing page for more details.

Features

This is where you can set up specific feature settings for all slidos under your license. After these settings are saved, they will apply to every new slido created.

Keep in mind that these settings will be the default on new slidos, but your license members can still change them on their individual slidos.

  • Audience Q&A: Enable specific Q&A features by default like Moderation and Replies – plus change the character limit for Q&A questions
  • Polls: Allow for multiple answers or hide poll results by default for all of your slidos
  • Generative AI: Enable or disable Slido’s Genreative AI features for your organization
  • Exports: Allow slido data exports to Google Sheets

Some settings can be locked for your organization. Any locked setting can not be changed by any member on an individual slido.

Changes to these settings will only affect newly created slidos. Previously created slidos will not be affected.

Privacy

Just like the Feature settings above, any setting that is not locked can be changed by license members on their individual slidos.

  • General: Set the number of days that a slido host (owner, admin, member) can remain logged in from their browser
  • Participants: Set the default participant privacy setting for all newly created slidos
  • Slidos: Choose a default slido privacy setting for accessing any slido within your organization
