Slido is gradually rolling out a new user interface. If the below steps and visuals match what you are seeing within your account, then you are using the new interface and this article is for you. If not, please see this version.
If you’ve created a duplicate account, started using your company's license, or simply stopped using Slido, you can permanently delete your account.
If you are the owner of an annual license, you can choose to simply change the owner.
To delete your account, along with all its associated data:
- Open your profile menu in the top right corner and select your name
- Select the Delete account section and review the information provided
- When ready, click Delete account and enter your password to confirm
Deleting an account is permanent and does not ensure a refund.
If you do not see the option to delete your account, please send an email to support@slido.com from the email address associated with your account. We can help from our side.
What data is deleted?
By deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log in or access Slido. Together with your account, the following data will be removed:
- All created slidos and their data (polls, questions)
- Personal information, billing information, and information about your plan recorded in your Slido account
Also note that if the deleted account belongs to a license owner, all additional co-hosts and members on the license will be deleted – removing their access to Slido.
