I tried downloading the integration for powerpoint and got the following error message:

I called my IT team and they said that I should reach out to you all because this is a software issue. Can someone help me with this?

Also can you please include an information whether this is related to Powerpoint for Windows or for Mac?

This worked for me : 

  1. Click Search in Windows
  2. Type “Change User Account Control” and launch the application
  3. Move the slider to the second position from top.
  4. Click OK
  5. Restart the computer (recommended)
  6. uninstall ‘slido for windows’ from control panel
  7. Download ‘slido for windows admin installer’  Here is the link : Download the Admin installer if you’re using a built-in administrator account Note : On power point, I changed from my work account to personal miscrosoft account.
