My presentations with Slido are suddenly having problems. They open but when launched, Powerpoint closes again. Up until yesterday, everything was working fine. Then today, nothing. I get a txt file called debug log in the folder where the presentation is located. When I open it, this message appears: r0911/163749.606:WARNING:main_runner.cc(261)] Alloy bootstrap is deprecated and will be removed in ~M127. See https://github.com/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/3685

When the PPT presentation fails to launch, I am asked if I want to open PPT in safe mode. 

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and what might be an adequate solution?

I had a look and in this case I can see that the Kernelbase.dll library is being crashed or stopped- we have come across such cases before in our newest app version (1.12) and our team is looking into a fix.

In the meantime, could you please uninstall Slido and revert back the previous version (1.11) which can be found here.
