Hello,

  • We are rolling out a training session for our entire organization. We have about 100 facilitators. All facilitators have a Slido license. We want one universal PowerPoint with Slido interactions. Is this something that we can do? If we can how would we do this?

Hey @Jessica Burford ,

Thanks for sharing the details of your use case.

To keep the data within one Slido, I would suggest using Multiple Rooms:

You would then need to make 100 copies of the Powerpoint deck, and then use the multiple rooms to insert each room into its own Powerpoint deck. The reason for this is because you cannot use the same Slido by multiple people at the same time (activating a poll on one computer will activate it on another).

If you have the sessions running at different dates/times, then you can use the same Powerpoint with 1 Slido and add all 100 facilitators as co-hosts so they will have access to the Slido. If you go this route, you would need to export the data after each session and then reset the results for the session happening next.

The other option would be to share 1 Powerpoint with all 100 facilitators, and ask that they insert their own Slido to the Powerpoint and save this as a new file.

Let us know if this helps or if you have any other questions.

Best,
