It is consistent enough that its not coincidence. 

 

Everytime I open a PPT with Slido, it works for approximitely 5min. After 5 min, if i try to edit or add anything to my slido presentation it says “cannot save changes”.

 

I close the PPT and re-open and it works again. Internet is fine and everything else works on my computer.

Please include the log files in your email or add them as an attachment in the email.

How to get logs

  1. Click Start, type Slido and launch it
  2. Right-click the “S” icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner)
  3. Select Get logs
  4. Attach the generated .zip file to the email
