I have created a Word cloud in PPT but the responses are not showing up as they are submitted. I have to forward the slide and then go back in order for the words to populate. When submitting words on my phone, they occasionally do not populate the Word cloud. I am running the PPT from my desktop. 

Why is this happening? I have cleared the Word cloud in the app and viewed the settings, but it is still not working properly. 

Please advise.

This could be due to the configuration of the Word cloud poll itself and the principles that it is based on. For example, it works better with short answers rather than long ones as Word cloud is designed to enhance the dynamic display. The other reason could be that certain words are considered as ‘connectors’ and as such they simply get filtered out.
