Hi there, 

I have been testing out Slido capabilities for upcoming events as we were hoping to gather some data from focus groups using word clouds and open questions. In my test, when I went to export the data, every excel file was blank. 

Is there a minimum number of participants required to be able to export data? If not, what could be causing my exports to be blank?

They can directly check your account and help with identifying why your exports are blank.
