Cannot invite a moderator external to my organization for the Q&A

Hello, 

I am trying to invite someone (external to my organization) to moderate a Slido Q&A session but when the person tries to access the link sent to him via email, it is asking him to login with Webex. Yet, this person does not have a Webex.

Anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Hello @Julien Douce,

for this I would recommend checking with the Slido organisation owner if they have exclude guest feature turned on.

Otherwise a person without webex login cannot accept an invitation.
