I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

could you please get us a screenshot or a video recording of how it looks like when they get stuck?
It would be also good to know what does it mean they get stuck. Do they get the option to vote for some of the options and then they get stuck?
