I added the slido live poll feature to my site with iframe embed. I send the user name to the slido screen using the user_name parameter. But whatever name I sent first remains. So slido saves this name in the cache. How do I solve this?

I have checked this with our team and it is most probably capturing browser data.
Could you please try an incognito browser or clearing cache? That could help.
