When I try to use ranking as an interaction in my slido I am unable to use it, the slide icon is greyed out and has a ‘crown’ symbol at the top right, see below
I haven’t seen this previously, is this option no longer available?

Could you share a larger screenshot of your Host mode please? Where you add the Polls and interactions.
If you are on the Free version of Slido, have you already added 3 Polls to your slido? If this is the case it would be greyed out as you cannot add any more Polls.
