When I activiate a quiz and the participants can join, they get asked a question of what is their name? Can I add a question stating what clinic or clinics do you work at?

It isn’t currently possible to add any additional questions for participants while they join the quiz. Their name is asked for purposes of the leaderboard.

What I would suggest is to ask participants to enter their name and clinic into the name field of the quiz. This is the best and easiest way to associate people’s names and clinics with their quiz results.
