Plan did not upgrade

I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again …. 

 

Any suggestions?

I can see your plan is Engage Annual and all Slidos on the plan have the upgrade. 

Could you share with me what feature is providing this message when you attempt to us it? Could you create a new slido and try to see if the feature works on a new one?
