active polls only slide

Could you share if you’re using Google Slides or Powerpoint? Or are you using Slido on its own?

Are you activating the polls manually or when you click next in present mode the next Slido poll wont activate? Any screenshots or screen-recording of the behavior would help us to understand whats happening.

It sounds like you may be trying to present multiple polls at the same time. In general, Slido polls are only activated one at a time. However, paid licenses can use Surveys which do present multiple polls together for your participants. 

If that doesn’t answer your question and you still need to troubleshoot, please contact our support team (support@slido.com) with your slido code and they can take a closer look.
