I tested slido a few weeks ago with my private account. Now we have made a business account. But now I always get this message:
I must be able to delete this link. I have deleted all surveys and even deleted my account. Nothing has worked.... Re-creating the PowerPoint is out of the question as there are over 100 pages.

this is currently a limitation that if a presentation is connected to some account there is no option to unlink it from that account.
The only solution is copying old powerpoint slides to a new powerpoint presentation and then you login in that new presentation to the correct account.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this is a bit impractical, especially because copying involves risks. However, we were able to solve it differently.

If you are the Host of the Slido that is currently added to the Powerpoint you can switch the Slido that is currently connected.
If you are not the Host of the Slido, you would need to copy only the Powerpoint Slides to a new Powerpoint deck.

It is currently not possible to unlink a slido from the Powerpoint presentation, but you can reuse the slido or add a new one to your presentation.
You can delete the Slido slides from the Presentation, or copy only the PPT slides and paste them to a new presentation file.
