Reconnecting users during live quiz

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your participants joining a quiz.

Is there any error messages your participants are seeing? What happens for them to 
drop out of the quiz?

If they join from the same device/browser, it will ask them to join but it will still recognize who they are when responding to the quiz.

Let’s say i have a 50 question quiz and after 25 they take a break, and one of them closes the browser. 

Can they scan, use the same browser and continue the quiz?

Yes this should be possible. They can rejoin and can continue the quiz from the question that is currently being presented.  They won’t be able to catch up on any missed questions if they are not in slido while when they were presented.
