Engagement Plan - Unable to Use

I purchased the one-time engagement plan but the Slido it was attached to was deleted prior to presentation.  How can I access this feature I paid for?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Engage one-time plan. These plans are indeed attached to a specific slido session and can last up to 7 continuous days. If the session with the plan was deleted, the associated plan was unfortunately deleted as well. Here’s handy article about our one-time plans.

Please contact us at support@slido.com and provide the slido #code and name. Once we have that information, we'll be able to set it up for you on our end.
