Get the most out of your Slido or Webex license by moving all existing Slido users from the same company under a single account.

This can be especially useful if you have a Webex license and want everybody with an existing Slido account to benefit from the paid plan, or when you want to make sure all company data is stored at one place.

License Consolidation is available for Enterprise clients on a Flat Fee model and for all Webex users.

What does license consolidation mean?

All current and future Slido company accounts or accounts with the same domain will be consolidated together under one Slido license organization.

The account owner of the centralized license will be responsible for member management and communication, privacy and organization-wide settings, purchasing of the license and all associated member seats

Benefits of license consolidation:

  • Maximizes the value for a paid Slido or Webex license.
  • Provides a simpler and more predictable budgeting and procurement process.
  • Brings all existing accounts under a single company license. When combined with Domain claim, new members will be also added to the company license
  • Brings all company data in one place under the highest security standards and settings of your choice.
  • Allows you to adjust the settings on an organization-level to make sure all created slidos meet security or branding criteria
  • Creates global access to all paid Slido features

How to proceed:

The following steps are for both Webex and non Webex users. However, Webex users must activate Slido in Control Hub first. If you haven’t done that, please do so before proceeding.

  1. Open this form and submit the details for the license consolidation

  2. After the verification of the domain claim, we’ll send you the list of Slido users with your domain

  3. Select one of the options below for each user in the list, and email it back to us at support@slido.com:
    • Migrate under the main account
    • Delete from Slido
    • Leave as it is

  4. Once we discuss all the details with you, we’ll proceed with the migration or deletion of the user accounts based on your needs. We’ll even agree with you on a date for the migration.

Rest assured that we will guide you throughout the process. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible for you. We’ll even provide templates for your employee communications and walk you through the steps of sending them out at the proper time.

If you’re a Webex user, don’t forget that you can integrate Slido with the Webex app. This allows meeting hosts and attendees to interact with Slido directly via their meeting screen.
