This site is a mass of information without any action options visible. Very confusing! Where is the button to press to set up a basic plan and get a QR code? I don’t want an article. Just a button to press please.

I am new to Slido, and I am hoping to get some assistance or guidance in setting up a quiz ( on PPT ) for an upcoming sales meeting. I will set up several questions, but I'm going to want to be able to allow 10-12 individuals per team to participate, with a total of 12 teams.   I'm not looking to track the individuals on the leaderboard, only the teams. But I will want to extract the data afterwards of individual participation and answers to the team leaders. From what I read, this is possible, but I just have no idea how to set it up, and I can't find a guide.  Thanks in advance. Love this product. 

I’ve seen responses from moderators that word clouds have a 50 word limit to be shown on a screen, but the answers are from a couple of years ago. I wanted to know if this limit still applies.  Our intention is to ask around 1,000 participants to provide 1 single word, should we switch from a word cloud to an open text poll to be able to see the answers from all the participants?  thanks

Hello,I'm just try to build a 5-question-quiz UNSING Slido PROFESSIONAL and I'm stuck: I can display the leaderboard after each question. Now I'm looking for a leaderboard that covers all questions to determine which participant answered the most questions correctly, because I want to make him win a price at the end. I fear Slido can't do that. Is ther anyone out there having an idea? Rolf

Hello, I’m wondering if you can help with a project I'm working on that would involve an integration with Zapier. I am not seeing Slido listed as a trigger app, but I am aware that this does exist and works for many companies/folks. Is there another name I should be searching for in Zapier? I run a quiz for class and need to see if the students have joined    

I followed steps from video to download add-in. As soon as I open PowerPoint, Slido icon says I’m offline. The error never goes away even if I logout of Slido and back in again. I am most definitely not offline. Has anyone seen this error before? Thanks.

Users in mainland China have reported issues with Slido’s participant mode since mid-December. Since then, our team has investigated the situation in collaboration with our infrastructure host (AWS). We’ve confirmed that no recent configuration changes on our end could have caused this behavior – and it appears the root cause is related to a block from China’s mobile carriers. We have limited influence over the network environment in China, but we are doing everything within our power to address the issue alongside our AWS partners. It has been reported that most people are able to access Slido using company networks and that the issue is mostly related to local networks. While we explore on our side, it may also be beneficial to reach out to your mobile provider directly to request assistance The use of company networks is the best recommendation we can provide at this time, but we will provide updates here as we have them.

I ran a slido ranking poll with 18 participants. When I exported the report, it says that there were 31 participants and only 16 people participated. Why has the report decided that there were 31 participants participating? and how can I have the 31 changed to 18 to reflect the true figure of participants.  Following polls in the same session I ran had the correct information when I exported the results  Any help would be appreciated.
