I recently signed up for Slido and will use it with .ppt. I’ve downloaded the Slido .ppt function. A colleague of mine added slido slides to a .ppt that I created, then sent me the slide deck for further editing. When I try to edit the Slido .ppt slides that my colleague created I get the followin messageNo access to this slidoRequest access from the slido owner or switch to an account with access.Can’t I edit those slides using my Slido account?

Is it possible to show a survey´s questions one by one instead of having them all grouped on a list? I would like to create a 10-question survey where each question, and the participants´ answers, appear one by one.
I have created an event 2 weeks ago and added an agenda. I need to go back to it to modify it as it is no longer correct. However, now I cannot accessthis option anymore. When I go in “Feature”, the agenda option is no longer there. I have checked, the participant view does show the agenda in the manu. But on my end, I do not view the agenda anywhere. Any idea what’s happening and how to get unstuck ?
Hello,We have an active slido event that we reuse (we have the QR code printed so delegates can scan it). There is an old agenda stuck when we view the event in participant mode. Is there a way to remove this? Thanks

Hi Slido Team,i'm on an online event with our client and we missed a very important function that we often used before. A change of the interface brings not a solution. Perhaps you can help.We have a moderated Q&A and our people in front of the camera should only see the starred questions - but nobody else in their app. So that the present screen only shows starred questions and everyone else can only see their own question. How can we mark questions as "starred" in the "Audience Q&A"? Before Slido's redesign, we could mark questions this way and then filter by these questions in the presenters mode. I can't find the star anymore.We got the professional edition.
Would I be right in thinking the “Assign Session” functionality has not made it into the new experience yet? Or am I missing something?
Hi Experts, Would like to know if there is a way to show the most answered word in the Live Poll? Basically we wanted to use this Slido for annual dinner to ask employees to put their most “Best Dress” names in the questions, and the most 5 names appear will be shown in the poll or result , without showing the number of votes/counts or percentage. For some past events that are closed, the dates keep changing somehow and this leads to new reports being generated. I prefer not to delete them as they might be useful in the future. Is there any way to stop the dates from changing and generating new email report notifications?

Dear Slido Support Team,I am currently using a Slido Pro license via my company account and can access my correct Pro organization without issues when using Slido in the web browser.However, when I log in to the Slido PowerPoint Add-in using my Webex login (same email address as in Slido Web), I consistently receive the following error:"Slido linked to a different organization.
