Hi Team, earlier in the year we purchased a subscription that allowed two users. I have used my credentials for the first of those users but am trying now to set the second user up but cannot see how to do this. Are you please able to advise how I can do this?

What is the maximum participant limit for voting in a poll in the free version of Slido?Does the poll format matter? For example, if it is multiple choice or open text.

Hi Slido Support team,My account (mohamed.mahmoud@dilitrust.com) was recently deactivated and then reactivated. Following this deactivation/reactivation process, I have lost access to all the Slido events I had previously created.Could you please check if it is possible to restore the events linked to my account prior to the deactivation?I'd appreciate any help you can provide. My customer is trying to get some assistance with answering their Due Diligence Questionnaire.  The Slido service is new to them and is part of a Webex Suite agreement.Slido support is directing them to use the Cisco Trust packages – However these do not answer all questions clearly. As a regulated company, they need absolute clarity on how our data is handled. If you’re able to provide a contact of someone that could assist, I’d be extremely grateful.  

Hi all,I’m experiencing a problem after an update on the Slido add-in. It asked for an update while I was using PowerPoint and since then it doesn’t show up as add-in icon on Home tab.I tried reinstalling, repairing, also with Slido for Admin but it doesn’t come up and even making changes in registry editor but still nothing. Only thing that I notice is when parameters in registry editor changes, add-in transfers from inactive to active add-ins and becomes active in list of add-ins in PowerPoint. Following, check box is checked when I try to enable Slido but unfortunately there is no luck.Is there any solution that I can try to manage it or I just have to wait for new Slido update?Thank you in advance

Dear Sir/Ma’am I am planning an educational research study using SLIDO as my tool. The research study will be carried out after obtaining the requisite permission of the IEC at my institute. I would also be publishing the said research study later on. I understand that I would be appropriately mentioning the use of SLIDO in the methods section. I’ve searched online, but the instructions don’t match the controls I currently see.I want my participants to view a quiz question before the timer starts. I can change the timer length, remove a timer and start/stop the entire quiz, but I can’t figure out how to display a question and THEN start the timer for answers.Thank you!

Hi, I have created a slido to use in powerpoint in training, also downloaded the slido for powerpoint part.  When using a sharepoint versoin of my powerpoint the slido pages are there, but when I download a copy to use off line some of the pages disappear - why is this? 

We have not been able to get this feature to work with a PowerPoint presentation shared within Teams.  We have to use a QR / link to accommodate polls.  

Hi,Our EA has purchased Slido and keeps on having the message “New update is ready’ , with the prompt to ‘Restart now’.   Its not stopping from the appp working in Power Point.  However I have installed it on my PC, and I have been able to replicate the problem.   Has this been reported by others? and what is the fix?

What might be the problem that I have no longer an option to export results from SLIDO, there is no Analytics tab or Export tab?

Can a slido initiator go to participant mode using a mobile phone? I notice there is an option to do this via the desktop vesion of Slido, but I cannot find this option on my mobile phone.
