Hi Slido Community,We are currently packaging Slido for Windows for enterprise deployment using PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT) and SCCM. Our requirement is to create an uninstall package that completely removes all installed versions of Slido, regardless of which version is installed. We have identified multiple Slido versions in our environment, including 1.10.0 through 1.23.0, with different MSI Product Codes.RequirementThe uninstall package should:Remove all installed versions of Slido for Windows. Remove Slido from Programs and Features / Add or Remove Programs. Remove the Slido PowerPoint Add-in completely. Handle installations regardless of whether Slido is installed under: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) %LOCALAPPDATA% Other user-specific installation locations. Work without hardcoding individual Product Codes, if possible. Ideally identify the application based on the ARP/DisplayName "Slido for Windows" and uninstall all matching MSI installations. Run silently with no u

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE Q&A QUESTION CHARACTER LENGTH TO MORE THAN 300 IN THE PROFESSIONAL PLAN? ALSO - IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE “NAME” FIELD IN THE Q&A MANDATORY TO FILL OUT?

Hi, is it possible to add a separate image to each answer option in a multiple-choice quiz, rather than just adding one image to the question?

Hello,I recently purchased a one-time Event plan for an event scheduled on October 28.After reading the documentation and several community posts, my understanding is that the one-time plan is attached to a single Slido and that hosts can prepare and test it in advance, even with colleagues participating in polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions. However, I am still unclear about what exactly Slido considers to be an "event".For example, if I create my Slido today and invite colleagues to actively test all features before October 28:Is this still considered testing? At what point does testing become an actual event? Are testing participants counted toward the participant limit? Does pre-event testing affect the 7-day event duration in any way?I would appreciate some clarification on how a one-time Event plan is intended to be used in practice.Thank you

I'm new to Slido.  I’d like to have the audience post their heart rates before and after an intervention (a brief meditation).  The goal is to see if the meditation made a change in the heart rates.  Can Slido compare the before and after results live during my presentation?

Is there a way to change the size of the poll question on the display screen and/or fonts, etc?

need to increase the font size for quiz questions, there no improvement from the past 3 years posts raised.when would this be resolved?

I have opened the slido in my powerpoint and am trying to create a multple choice but am told I have to upgrade. I am already upgraded.thankyou for your help

Hi there, I’m considering using Slido for a university open day and over the day there will be around 50 talks happening that would like to involve a Q&A component. Each talk will be based on a different topic and i was wondering if i could use one account for this but have different Q&A sessions running at the same time and how this would work. Would each session need to have a unique QR code or would each have the same QR code and then potentially a code for the guests in that session to enter to then be in the correct Slido Q&A for that session? The QR code would be show on a powerpoint up on the screen and i feel it may be easier for this QR to be universal accross the presentations but then there being a way for the quests to enter the correct session Q&A through the platform. I worry if i need to put 50 unique QRs across the presentations that some may get jumbled and guests ending up in the wrong slido Q&A. Cheers, Tom

Dear Slido Support Team,I recently purchased a Slido subscription by mistake.I misunderstood the pricing and believed the subscription cost was JPY 1,800, when the actual amount charged was JPY 180,000.This was an unintentional purchase, and I would not have proceeded if I had correctly understood the price.I would therefore like to request an immediate cancellation and a full refund of JPY 180,000.I understand that Slido offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible annual subscriptions, and I would appreciate your assistance in processing my refund.Thank you very much for your understanding.Best regards, seiya oki

Hi there We currently have an account that has 2 seats in it. We only currently use 1 seat, if we give the other seat to someone else are they able to see the polls we’ve created etc or is that locked down to us and anything they create is seperate? We’re happy to share the account we just don’t want anyone to accidentally use or see our polls.

Hello,I'm just try to build a 5-question-quiz using my Slido professional plan and I'm stuck: I can display the leaderboard after each question. Now I'm looking for a leaderboard that covers all questions to determine which participant answered the most questions correctly, because I want to make they win a prize at the end. I fear Slido can't do that. Is there anyone might be able to help? Rolf

Dear Sir/Madam,Good day.  I usually create a main presentation with Slido interactions (polls, quizzes, etc.) then revise the presentation keeping the same Slido interaction.  Now, from the main presentation, I need to create a shorter customized presentation and on that one, I need to delete some Slido interactions, if I do so, does Slido interactions of the main presentation stays untouched (using two or more PowerPoint file names? That is what I want and need to make sure the customized versions interactions don’t  impact the main ones.  Another question, I use quizzes at different points of the presentation. And I need to make sure that the final winners’ results will add up all the way till the end (not after each quiz or have the option to show after each quiz), how can assure that? I have noticed that the number of participants are increasing whenever I have quiz at a different point of the presentation. The participants’ number shall not be changed unless the reason it increase

With a Engage one-time plan, can I create multiple slidos which will be used for the same event and dates?

Is it possible to run 2 sessions of the same One-time engage plan in parallel (same event, same date)?

A couple of quick questions:1.    Is there a possibility in future updates that formatting the stem/distractors of questions with bold and italics could be a possibility?2.    Would it be possible to auto load the QR code onto the Joining slide?

I have an event where I want to run a quiz. I will split the audience in two, red team and blue team, then ask a question. I want to use slido to find which team got the most right answers. I thought using two polls might work, with a QR code for the blue team, and a second QR code for red, then show both results and see who got highest average score (the teams are too big to confer and use one device to enter an answer, around 200 people per team). But I can’t see how to put two sets of poll results on the same ppt slide. Can it be done?!

Does a conference attendee have to have slido app open in order to receive announcements?
