UPGRADE PLAN NOT WORK

Hello,
we purchased the 60€ monthly plan, but it keeps telling us that we have the basic plan. Can you please help me?

Hello @meetec icloud 

the price 60 euros is for one-time plan which means it can be used for one Slido. Your account may be showing that you are on a Basic plan but you should be able to see your Slido that has been upgraded.
