Who counts as a participant?

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.

How can I make poll results visible to everyone even if they haven’t answered? So that when they click the link/enter the code they see the results straight away, without necessarily having to answer themselves.

Webex webninar

Hi all, I want to use Slido as part of our marketing tool for following up with potential leads. We primarily use Webex to host our webinar. I can see that Slido has an option where the audience must put their name when joining slido which is great, but this cannot be re-enforced in webex webinar if the audience is using webex guest version. Is there a work around on this? We would like to capture our audience names.

Slido Survey in multiple language.

Hi all,We will host a webinar with a single Slido session.At the end of the webinar, we want the users to fill in a survey which will be available in four languages.Is there a way for participants to only fill in the survey in their preferred language? plans per event

Hi, i’m new. I have an event with ppt presentations and I am about to buy a new plan in order to have more than 3 polls available. since i may have to present the ppt the day after the one of the event, does Slido consider it one event - meaning I can use the same pools I prepared - or do I need to consider it another different event? Same 12 Questions over 25 different polls- Mergeable for Analytics?

Hi all,I am with my local government and we have a big issue coming up in the new year and have been gathering community input over the past 3 months.  I have presented the same PPT using 12 Slido questions to each group.  I created a new SLIDO poll/event for each presentation.  I am now in the process of data analysis.  I am doing all the normal things such as exporting to Excel and PDF...but I started wondering...since all 25 use the EXACT same 12 questions/answers.  Is there are was to merge the 25 into 1 set of 12?Thanks in advance for any advice!Kimberly

Old MacBook - Need macOS 11.0 or later

Hi all,I downloaded Slido for the first time. The I went to open it received the message “You have macOS 10.15.7. The application requires macOS 11.0 or later.” My MacBook is older and is not able to update to macOS 11.0. Is there a way around this? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Question regarding the Professional Package

I have a couple of questions regarding the multiple rooms.  Are we able to use these rooms as sort of “breakout rooms” where teams will have separate codes and go in and respond on the polls/questions being asked?  Follow up - Will we be able to collect these responses to broadcast it to the wider team?

Image before the question and adjusting the size of the option box

Hi, Is there a way that I can add a full screen image before the question? Currently when I add the image it appears in the center of the box after the question but before the options.Also I would like to find a way to adjust the size of the box for options, it’s too big in the presentation mode and I would like if I can reduce it.

Keeping questions active and answerable for previous speakers.

I’m running a live event where speakers will have Q&As, and then they want to answer remaining questions with text after their talk.Currently I archive the questions, so the space is free for the next speaker, but then the previous speaker won't be able to access the question when the next has started.

How do I view total correct questions instead of total correct answers in quiz results?

We do weekly quizzes that usually include questions with multiple answers that are correct.  However, in the analytics, Slido counts the number of correct answers instead of the number of correct answered questions. So lets say Question 1 has answers: A (correct), B, C(correct) and D. The correct answer would be A & D, which should give you 1 point. However, Slido counts it as 2 points and ignores when incorrect answers have been given as well.
