Question

Engage one-time plan

  1. I purchased a one-time event plan (Engage) and tested it to ensure it worked correctly at presentation site - did that inadvertently count for my “one-time?”

I entered the event dates 13 February - 20 February, but tested today 14 February.

  1. Do I need to re-purchase the plan or re-create the event within my PPT?

Hi  @mbircher11gmail.com,

With the One-time plans you can test your slido internally as many times as you'd like before your actual event starts:

  • First, you'd just want to make sure that the slido dates you had setup cover your live event dates.
  • When you have them all set, you can start preparing your polls and test the functionality beforehand. You can test your slido as many times as you'd like before the event starts.
  • When you are done with your testing, you can reset your polls and delete testing questions. It will make your event nice and clean, ready for real participants to send their responses.

Feel free to check out this video for more info about one-time plans.

Hope this helps!
