I had a question that was choose the best 5 out of 10 items listed. I was testing out whether it would be better to rate each item instead of multiple choice. When I did that it deleted all of the items under my question and now I can’t get them back!?! We had worked so hard to get the 10 indicators and can’t believe I lost that work. Please tell me there’s a rescue button?
