How do I transfer a question to another room on the event?

I hope I understood your question correctly. In case you wish to duplicate a poll to a different room you need to be in the old host mode for now as this feature is not yet in the new interface of Slido.

I am using the new interface and we are two users presenting the same PowerPoint but in different rooms in the same time… how could we use the same Slido/polls… but in different rooms and different timings?

I would advice creating a copy of the same presentation deck so that each of you would have one presentation with one room connected. 

Then for Slido make sure you have it ready with 2 rooms enabled. After that when you open your Powerpoint and you load the integration you will be able to add your Slido but it will ask you which room you want to connect it with.
