Hello,

I would like to inquire whether it is possible to restrict access to a Slido meeting to a specific IP address or a range of subnet IPs. Our organization is considering using Slido for an upcoming event, and we would like to ensure that only participants from our network can join.

Could you please provide information on whether this feature is available and how it can be configured?

We currently do not have such an option available, I am afraid.

From the options we can offer, I would highlight:

  • preloading a list of emails/domains and only people with these will be able to access the slido. When they enter their email address they get an email with a pin code they have to use, so you are sure only people with access to those specific inboxes get through
  • Google SSO - if you by any chance use a Google suite, you can have people authenticate in Google before accessing the slido
  • SAML SSO - if you organization uses an identity provider, you can use this to authenticate people accessing slido
