Sounds very strange! Is the slido (event) you created linked to a powerpoint or google slides presentation by any chance? Do you maybe have a co-host that is rearranging the poll questions on your behalf? 

If you can try to duplicate your slido, are the questions moving within your survey within the new slido?

Hi Mikaelle, I have followed the directions to duplicate the Slido but today when I go back in, the questions have again changed order. I am the only one with Slido access on the team so I know it’s not anyone playing a trick on me . To be clear, here are the steps I am taking:

1. Create a poll (16 questions mix of rating, multiple choice and open text
2. Select all polls and then Merge into Survey
3. Start interaction

And when I got back to the Slido the order of the poll questions in the survey have moved around….

Oh my, that definitely sounds strange and thank so much for trying those steps and sharing more info!

For further investigation, may I kindly ask if you can reach out to support@slido.com, so we can work together to see what maybe causing the reordering of polls? 

I would recommend sharing the #slido code within the email so that we can request access to your event (if you’re comfortable, of course) and do some testing before reporting the this our tech team.
