Slido End Date - how to extend or turn off

Hi. I only seem to be able to have a Q&A slido open for a maximum of one week. Is there any way to extend this so that I can host a slido link for longer, or ideally forever?

My company only uses the most basic membership for Slido. Would this change if we were to upgrade?

Hey @LloydJonesCPR ,

With our Free plan, you can only have an active Slido for up to 7 consecutive dates. You can continue extending the date (must still be a 7 date range) to keep the Slido active, by adjusting the dates of the event in the Settings.

If you purchase an Annual Plan you can have the dates active for up to a year without needing to consistently edit the dates.

Our One-Time Plans are only available for up to 7 consecutive dates, and this cannot be extended.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best,
