Is there a way to show the participant their ranking after the quiz, without displaying the other participants names on the leaderboard?

Additionally, when testing, at the end of the quiz, I can only get view answers button to show to the participant if I display the leaderboard first. Is there another way?

Thank you.

Hey @Ami.Myers ,

Thanks for your questions!

Its not currently possible to show individual ranks for the Quiz without displaying the entire leaderboard, but we will submit this as a feature request to the team.

You can show answers after you’ve completed getting the responses, then on the next click will display the leaderboard.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

Best,

Hello,

Can quiz run automatically, without me (as admin or presenter) clicking every time when I need to proceed to another question? I need it so participants can answer questions in their own pace.

Hey @mina.vojinovic ,

The Quiz is only able to be ran as a Live feature.

If you’d like participants to respond to multiple polls on their own time, you can use the Survey feature for asynchronous use.

Hello, I am planning to prepare several quizzes in Slido and I was wondering if there is a quicker way to create them, rather than adding one question at a time manually.

Hey @M.Z. ,

If the poll questions you’re adding to the quiz have been input into your Slido account previously, you can utilize the Poll Templates which will store all of your previous polls.

If the above is not the case, there is not a way to import the poll questions, you would need to manually copy/paste or type in each poll question and options.

We will submit this as feedback to the team for consideration.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Is there a limit in participants to a quiz with the free account? Thanks!

Hey @bcc ,

The Participant limit for any polls in the Basic Plan is 100 participants.

How can participants answer all the quiz questions without me having to constantly activate each question?

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi @Carolaina,

Currently, Slido quizzes are designed to be run live, where as an admin, you would activate each question, wait for participants to respond, reveal the correct answer, and then proceed to the next question, as detailed in our Quiz article.

However, if you're looking for a way for participants to answer questions at their own pace, consider using our Survey feature. With surveys, you can compile multiple questions and share a direct link with participants. They can then complete the survey independently, without needing you to activate each question.

I hope this helps!

Hello! I have created a quiz and added a timer for 60 seconds, but 15 seconds in the quiz seems to ‘turn off’, even if I’ve joined as a participant from my smartphone. Do you know what I’m doing wrong, and how I can make it so that the quiz is open 60 seconds before showing the leaderboard, and then advancing slides?

Hi @A.D.

We’d love to solve this for you.  Could I please ask you to email our support team at support@slido.com?  If you could include the slido code(#), that would be really helpful.

Thank you!
