What does the error message mean
User cannot be invited to your organisation as they are a member of another SAML organisation
I need to add then to host the slido and an setting this up on their behalf.

Hey
This most likely means there is a setting in the organizational settings of either your or your colleague that has not enabled external collaboration. The SAML login needs to be bypassed by enabling “Exclude guests” from the organization settings and this can be done by an Owner or Admin of the organization.
If you could please write to support@slido.com and include your email, and the other persons email we can check to see what it is exactly but from without being able to see the accounts from this post I can only make a general assumption.
