My top right menu only has an option for ‘subscription’, not ‘organizational settings’. When I click on ‘subscription’ I get passed questions I have asked, nothing about my subscription. Obviously an error. How can I get access to my subscription? I want to be sure we are not set on an auto renewal. Thanks.

It appears you might be logged in to your Slido Community account. To find your Organization settings and billing, could you please log in to your account at slido.com?
We don't store your credit card details, so your subscription won't renew automatically. You’ll be reminded that your license is coming up for renewal, but once your subscription expires, your account will automatically revert back to Basic

You can easily find your invoices within your Organization settings by following these steps outlined in the article:
- Navigate to your profile menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "Organization settings and billing."
- Go to the "Invoices" tab.
