Cant get the slido to SHOW in my PPT. have downloaded and ran.. where is it?
We are sorry to see you are unable to locate Slido within your Powerpoint. Please note, Slido is not supported in the online version of powerpoint.
Within your Powerpoint on the desktop, you should see the green Slido button which when clicked will open the sidebar to log in and access your slidos.
You can also refer to our troubleshooting guides for Windows and MAC.
If you continue to run into issues, please email us to support@slido.com. Please remember to provide us with the logs as these will be helpful. The guides above will show how to obtain the logs dependent on if you are using Windows or MAC.
