Hello there,

I am using my account and trying to connect Slido with my powerpoint but I get an error message 

“No access to this slido
Request access from the slido owner or switch to an account with access.

Request was sent -You'll get an email once the owner approves your request.”

I have checked my inbox but no request.

Any idea what the issue could be?

Hi ​@Real1.

That error message would indicate that the presentation deck was originally linked to a slido from another account.  There isn’t a way to unlink that original slido.  But you can start a new blank presentation and add your own slido from your account.  Then, you can copy/paste your non-Slido slides over from the original presentation.
