Employee of the month polls

There are a couple of polls you could use here and I would suggest using the word cloud poll. Just ask participants to type the name of the employee they would like to nominate and the most commonly mentioned name will appear the largest. This is also an opportunity to recognise those who weren’t selected as employee of the month but were suggested. I would recommend hiding the results until you have some votes so that participants aren’t influenced by others.

If you already have a couple of employees shortlisted for employee of the month, you could create a multiple choice poll. Simply make the employees’ names the options in the poll and ask participants to select the employee they think should be employee of the month. You will see the employee with the most votes appear at the top.
