So what I am actually trying to do (new at this) as admin for this, is add my people. Isn’t that with the teams tab?

You can invite new members to your Slido License following the steps from this article:

Could you please check this and see if you’re able to add them? You would need to purchase the amount of Users for your license to be able to invite them.
