I would like to take pledges (promises to donate in future) during a live event. Is there a Slido question that could take numerical answers and display the growing total during the event? I would also need access to the names of people making each pledge to be able to contact them later.

I would suggest creating an Open Text Poll and capturing names and emails of those that are joining the Slido. I would Hide the Results of the poll so others submitting responses cannot see what others have also submitted.
