I created a survey, and it has dates of Jan1, 2025 through March 31, 2025. It shows as “Active” on the home page. But when users try to participate and fill out the questions, after entering their names and accepting terms, they see a screen that says, “There are no active polls at this moment.”

How to Activate Survey

To activate your survey, click the play icon next to it. The survey will then show up on participant devices as well as the Present mode.
